Delivery
The majority of our products are stocked for quick next
day delivery, throughout the website we have indicated
which items are stocked as standard. Please note that we
must receive orders by 4pm for delivery next day.
If you would like to know delivery details of any items
that are not stocked please call 0870 600 6880 or
e-mail info@saverfans.co.uk and
we will inform you of an approximate delivery date.
If you have a specific date by which you require delivery,
please state this on order of your goods. If no dates are
specified delivery shall be within a reasonable time period.
We deliver to UK mainland only, standard delivery is
FREE!!

Returns Policy
(i) Faulty goods
All Saver fans carry a 12 month warranty period. Warranty
begins from date of delivery. The majority of our fans
are covered by replacement or replacement parts under warranty.
If a fault is suspected within this warranty period a
replacement will be issued subject to the return of the
original good/s. Collection will be organised by us.
Returns are inspected and tested by an official on behalf
of Saver. If items are confirmed to be faulty, following
a full report, any replacements are free of charge. Replacements
are chargeable if the cause of the fault is deemed unrelated
to the manufacture of the product.
To report a fault with a product please call Saver technical
support on 0113 384 5765.
(ii) Surplus to requirements
Electrical items can be returned up to 6 weeks after purchase,
subject to conditions.
Non electrical can be returned at any time if they are
in perfect condition and have not been used, subject to
conditions.
Collection for these goods will be arranged by us at the
following re-stocking charges:
