Placing your first on-line order

We offer a 5% discount for all orders placed on-line!! This discount will be deducted from your order total once you have added products to your cart.

If you have a Saver trade account, the 5% on-line discount will be granted in addition to your usual trade discount. Remember, you must login with your username and password to access your trade prices.

1. Login- Before you begin shopping on-line with Saver you must ensure that you have logged in via the log-in box on the homepage. Remember your username is your Saver account number. If you forget either your username or password please call Saver- 0870 600 6880 or e-mail us info@saverfans.co.uk.

Logging on will ensure your trade discount is deducted from all prices. If you do not log in, your orders will be calculated at full list price – 5% on-line discount.

2. Registering for an account- If you do not have a Login username or password, you can register for an account with Saver quickly by filling in the on-line account form. Opening an account will entitle you to trade discount off ALL our prices, automatic credit terms and loads of special offers! You can order from Saver without an account, however you will be charged full list price and need to pay for your goods upfront by credit or debit card.

3. Browsing for products- You will see that all our product Categories are tabbed at the top of the homepage i.e domestic fans,  Axial flow fans etc. Simply click on one of these tabs to browse a Category.

4. Finding a specific product- The Saver website has a ‘unique’ fan
finder tool that you can locate on the homepage. This tool allows you to select a product category e.g. domestic fans, input your fan duty (duty= air volume against external pressure), and click ‘find fan’. Our database will then be automatically searched for fans that fit your requirements and you don’t have to lift a finger!

Alternatively- if you already know the Saver product you are looking for you can simply use the ‘search’ facility on the homepage to input a specific code or keywords. If you still cannot find the product you are looking for try an ‘advanced search’ which will allow you to input further search criteria.

5. Checking product details- If you require technical details on any of

our products,  full catalogue pdfs and I&M manuals are available for download on the right hand side of each products detail page. Here you will find performance curves, weights, sound data, dimensions etc. Please ensure you have checked this information matches your requirement before ordering any products.

6. Selecting a product for order / quotation- You can add items to your

‘shopping basket’ as you go along by selecting the quantity you require and clicking ‘add to basket’. You will also be prompted to select or de-select any of the optional ancillaries we advise you use with each product.

Once you have added to your basket you will be automatically transferred to your shopping basket to view the contents and total value. You can then proceed to checkout to order your product/s or click 'continue shopping' to add further products to your basket.

7. Order- To order your products, proceed to check out, you will then be

Required to fill in your customer and delivery details. Please ensure full delivery address is stated. If you have any specific requirements for your delivery e.g. required by date, timed delivery, special vehicle, please enter these requirements in the ‘additional information’ box. You will notice a box for ‘coupon or discount’ number this only needs to be filled if you have received a promotional offer from Saver for which a code is required.

8. Order Confirmation- After you have placed your on-line order with Saver you will receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received it, if you do not receive this e-mail you must call Saver to ensure that your order is being processed. We will then send a second e-mail confirming details of your order and the expected delivery date/s for your item/s, please check this information thoroughly on receipt, any discrepancies must be reported to Saver ASAP.
